Tuesday's attempt at the Placepot comes from Lingfield's all-weather meeting...

Six-time course winner Bertie Blu Boy showed improved form to win a six-runner handicap at Chelmsford City last month and has to be of interest again...

14:10- Olivia Pope is the only horse with experience, but she doesn't set a strong standard and this looks sure to be fought out between the debutants. Lolla Fincess and Tutu Nguru both represent powerful yards, trained by Richard Hannon and William Haggas respectively, and they look the pair to concentrate on, both making some appeal on paper.

14:40- Meritocracy is on a long losing run at present but he ran creditably to finish third in a handicap at Windsor earlier this month, and his stable are in good form at present, so a bold show is expected. We'll also include Pucon as she has a good record at this venue - she's a 3-time C&D winner - and is fairly treated relative to most of today's rivals, so holds a decent chance if benefiting from a recent reappearance run as expected.

15:10- Idol Deputy looked to be coming to the boil when finishing runner-up at Wolverhampton in April. He is well treated on his old form and is excused a below-par run at that venue last time after being set too much to do. He's joined in the permutation by Rakaan who was hopelessly placed last time having missed the break but is of interest based on some of his older form.

15:40- Arlecchino's Leap posted a career-best effort last time, when coming home a fast-finishing second to Houdini in a handicap at Wolverhampton, and with this step-up in trip likely to suit we'll bank on Mark Usher's charge reversing the form and finishing in the places.

16:10- Six-time course winner Bertie Blu Boy showed improved form to win a six-runner handicap at Chelmsford City last month and has to be of interest again, for all a personal best is required to win off this mark. Bertie Blu Boy has developed a good relationship with 7-lb claimer Kevin Lundie and he can be relied upon to launch a bold bid from the front.

16:40- Motion Picture made a promising start to her career at Wolverhampton last month, looking in need of the experience as she finished third, and she can build on that encouraging debut and strike at the second time of asking.
