Daily Racing Tips: Timeform's three best bets at Dundalk on Friday

There is all-weather action from Dundalk on Friday evening

Timeform provide the three best bets at Dundalk on Friday...

"He is yet to run a bad race and is expected to go well again."

Timeform on Call Me Rocky

Leadership Race - 19:00 Dundalk

It took a while for the penny to drop for Leadership Race, but once it did he made rapid progress towards the end of last year, getting off the mark over this course and distance before following up in the manner of a most progressive juvenile, taking his record to two from two on artificial surfaces. He very much caught the eye on his return to action at the Curragh in June, flying home for third from out wide, doing well to finish so close in the circumstances, and he shaped similarly at Leopardstown the following month, once again left with too much to do but closing all the way to the line. This return to the all-weather should suit him, and with Ger Lyons's stable in good nick at present, he demands plenty of respect.

Call Me Rocky - 19:30 Dundalk

Call Me Rocky, who showed plenty to work on on debut last year, confirmed the promise of that effort at the second attempt at Limerick in July, showing the benefit of his reappearance run to open his account. He has continued to progress in defeat since then, finishing third at Galway and second at Listowel. He couldn't quite see out the nine furlong trip last time, so this return to a mile should suit. He is yet to run a bad race and is expected to go well again.

Time And Money - 20:00 Dundalk

Time And Money shaped really well on his handicap debut at this course last month, overcoming early greenness and coming from last in a race run to suit prominent racers, passing all but one to finish a neck second. He remains unexposed, is clearly on a workable mark and has a good chance on form. He also looked well suited by the artificial surface last time, so he tops the shortlist.
