The Multiples Column looks at the all-weather for Tuesday with a 10/1 treble for the evening...

"Trainer Bryan Smart has hit a nice run of form, his last six runners sent out have finished 6112221 - a fine record."

Kestenna to put her experience to good use

15:25 Kempton - Back Kestenna

John Gosden's filly Kestenna looked a fairly handy sort winning at Wolverhampton last time out. She couldn't have been more convincing sitting up with the pace and finding plenty down the straight. She scored by three lengths on that occasion, putting her experience to good use even though she was a touch green at the end. She was also fairly green on debut at Lingfield, but she is progressing.

The pace for her debut was a slow one, and she was much better with a more even tempo last time out.

Her main rival is the Godolphin newcomer Colour Of Light - who actually refused to go into the stalls on her debut in the same Kestenna race, so that's a worry, and for a newcomer posted out wide in stall 10 is not ideal. And she is the selection's main market rival.

So we've whittled down a few and the 4/5 price will do.

Hard to see High not winning

17:40 Newcastle - Back Flyin' High

We've got a real shortie at Newcastle in the shape of Andrew Balding's Flyin' High, and while odds are short at 1/3 in the Sportsbook, it's hard to see this decent prospect not winning. I'm hardly revealing any secrets with the price.

He looked ever so impressive winning over course and distance on his latest start. The gallop was a touch on the slow side at the beginning, but he picked up well and will stay further. It was no surprise he enjoyed the stiff finish.

His strongest piece of form though is from his debut at Sandown. He ran fourth at a massive price behind Etonian, a race that couldn't have worked out better. He's a typical "acca price" for today and also a very prospect.

A Smart selection to bring up the treble?

18:10 Newcastle - Back Equate

Trainer Bryan Smart has hit a nice run of form, his last six runners sent out have finished 6112221 - a fine record and he's operating above 40% with a strike-rate. In fact, he's had a couple of winners at Newcastle too in that mini-run.

Equate is the biggest price of today's trio so hopefully at 7/2, it gives us a nice boost to go with the two odds-on pokes - and this is a fairly open contest.

He landed a Beverley maiden in the summer and didn't fair too badly behind a front-runner over course and distance last time. The second in that race looked a fair horse too with the way he travelled. And rated 69 for his first start in a handicap gives him some scope.
