"...he is able to run in a 0-60 handicap now, and could have a class edge on these..."

Timeform on Nutini

17:20 - FLAREPATH (3) wasn't strongly fancied in the market on debut at Leicester in September, but she showed plenty to work on, and is expected to fare much better here. She was running green in the rear in the early stages, before starting to make headway in the middle part and edging left over a furlong out. Flarepath was considerately handled, finishing with running left, and seems sure to know more this time. Dubrava is more experienced and should prove the biggest danger.

17:50 - NUTINI (1) managed to get his head in front at Brighton earlier this season, and although he kind of lost his way after, he took a step back in the right direction at Kempton last month. Held up, he didn't settle fully, but was noted making smooth headway over a furlong out. That effort tapered out in the closing stages but he is able to run in a 0-60 handicap now, and could have a class edge on these. Little Miss Kodi may prove the biggest danger.

18:20 - ERTIDAAD (5) has been given a chance by the handicapper and got back on track when third here a fortnight ago. He can return to winning ways, likely at the main expense of Mans Not Trot, who is going the right way and can go well again, whilst recent C&D scorer Coachella also enters calculations.

18:50 - IT'S NOT UNUSUAL (1) has shown much improved form since fitted with blinkers, winning her last two starts in good style under this rider, and the hat-trick is very much on the cards now turned out under a penalty. The manner of her latest success gives her very strong claims here, travelling like much the best horse in the race, and just kept up to her work in the closing stages to score by three lengths. She remains unexposed on the all-weather and she is very much the one to beat.

19:20 - CARVELAS (1) is hitting top form in the twilight of his career, recording a couple of wins at this course last month, the latest over two miles. That was the first time he'd run over that far for several years, but he did it in cosy fashion, and has real possibilities of completing a hat-trick here. He showed his effectiveness at this trip the time before and, turned out under a penalty, another bold bid is expected under David Probert.

19:50 - FOOTSTEPS FOREVER (7) produced an effort akin to the pick of her juvenile form when runner-up at Wolverhampton 8 days ago, that despite not being seen to best effect in a messy affair. Open to progress moving forward she is fancied to come out on top. Fellow 3-y-o Pink Phantom and Miss Blondell head up the dangers in the finale.
