Haydock could be the scene for Degas to finally show some racing artistry...

Today's 80/20 is Degas Art in the 1.05 at Haydock.

This gelded son of Danehill Dancer brings some very smart form to the table in this event. At the first time of asking this season he ran second to a useful individual albeit in receipt of a good deal of weight. That day he was blinkered for the first time which caused him to run a little freely expending valuable energy. His courage and enthusiasm have been called in to question but in my view that is slightly harsh for a horse with such a high win to run ratio. If Degas Art learns to settle a little better today then that should give us a super chance of landing the 80/20 at a good price.
