14:05 - A fairly useful performer on the level, VELVET REVOLUTION (5) shaped well on his hurdling debut when second at Ffos Las in June and a repeat should see him tough to beat here. Danboru and Miss Zip can do battle for minor honours.
14:40 - ENNISTOWN (2) and Caius Marcius both arrive in rude health and rate the pair to focus on. The former has been putting his speed to good use when winning his last two starts and looks the one to side with now dropped back in trip to two miles.
15:15 - It's likely to click at some point over hurdles for OURMULLION (6), possibly here after shaping a bit better than the result last time, and he should be able to win races from his current mark. Vanderbilt was only narrowly denied here last time, while Kiruna Peak also needs considering as a last-time-out winner. Global Anchor is one to keep an eye on in the betting on handicap bow.
15:50 - CHASMA (2) looks a likely improver on debut for Dan Skelton back up in trip. Her new yard has struck with its last three runners starting out for them from other stables and this race might not take that much winning. Chequered View could be the danger back over fences.
16:25 - MUST SEE THE DOC (1) looked an above-average early-season juvenile when landing the odds at Aintree last month and is more than capable of conceding weight all round. Maria Magdalena finished second behind the selection and there's a very good chance she'll do the same again.
17:00 - Multiple point winner DAMUT I'M OUT (1) has taken well to fences and may still have more to offer for this yard after losing little in defeat at Stratford last time. Ballyknock Cloud and Gentleman Moore are others to consider.
17:35 - WESTERN SUNRISE (6) stayed on in the manner of one who is ready to capitalise on a reduced mark when third over C&D last time so he gets the vote in an open-looking handicap hurdle. Prophets Prayer and Skinflint both arrive in good order and should give another good account of themselves.
