All the major market movers on the Betfair Exchange ahead of Day 1 of the Grand National meeting at Aintree...

The Grand National Meeting kicks off with the Manifesto Chase at 13:45 where the Paul Nicholls-trained Cyrname is the warm favourite having been backed from [4.3] in to [3.3]. With most rivals having tough races at Cheltenham backers clearly want to be onside of the fresh horse in the opener who has been trained for this for some time.

Similar to the Triumph Hurdle four weeks ago, Apples Shakira is seeing solid support in the Juvenile Hurdle at 14:20 having made a move from [3.3] in to [2.9]. Nicky Henderson trains both at the top of the market and the market suggests a Seven Barrows 1/2.

Market vibes are not so positive for Henderson's Gold Cup second Might Bite in the Aintree Bowl at 14:50 having drifted from a low of [1.61] out to [1.9]. The Paul Nicholls-trained Clan Des Obeaux has been the best backed horse in this race moving from [22.0] in to [14.5].
