Fox Norton is the Betfair Tingle Creek favourite after Douvan failed to make the final declarations this morning.
Colin Tizzard's chaser, runner-up in the Queen Mother Champion Chase at Cheltenham, is 4/7 to win the Saturday showpiece with Paul Nicholls' Politologue, 3/1 second favourite, the only other horse available to back at less than double figures.
Betfair's Barry Orr said: "Douvan's no-show means seven runners will go to post on Saturday and no surprise that Fox Norton is now odds-on at 4/7."
"Having won seven of the last 12 runnings of the Tingle Creek, Betfair Ambassador Paul Nicholls knows a thing or two about winning the race and his Haldon Gold Cup winner, Politologue, is next best at 3/1, with 12/1 bar these two."
