Sir Erec is Joseph O'Brien's big chance of a winner on the final day of the Cheltenham Festival where the Betfair Ambassador will saddle four runners on the afternoon...
"The rain that has fallen won't be a problem and he looks as though the stiffer test of stamina will suit him. He looks to be the pick on form and hopefully he will show that on the day."
- Joseph O'Brien on Sir Eric
Very happy with Erec in recent days
Triumph Hurdle 13:30 - Sir Erec
Sir Erec has obviously been one of our big hopes coming into this week. He showed very good form on the Flat last year and has been impressive in his two starts over hurdles so far. His preparation hasn't been ideal as he picked up a stone bruise last Thursday, but we have been happy with him in recent days and it shouldn't be a factor.

Improving Babylon needs to jump better
Triumph Hurdle 13:30 - Gardens Of Babylon
Gardens Of Babylon ran well to finish second to Sir Erec in the Spring Juvenile Hurdle at the Dublin Racing Festival last time. He seems to be improving with each start over hurdles, but he'll probably need to jump a bit better than he did last time if he is to get competitive in this strong company. I'd be hopeful he can run a big race.
Expecting a good run from Rhinestone
Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle 14:50 - Rhinestone
Rhinestone took a good step forward on his latest start in the Nathaniel Lacy & Partners Solicitors 50,000 Cheltenham Bonus For Stable Staff Novice Hurdle at the Dublin Racing Festival. He finished a close second to Commander Of Fleet that day and he meets him again here. I think both the longer trip and the softer ground will suit Rhinestone. I think he'll run a good race.
Return to Cheltenham could be the key
Martin Pipe Conditional Hurdle 17:30 - Early Doors
Early Doors ran very well in this race last year off a 2lb lower mark than he runs off today. His form since then has been just solid, no better that that. Hopefully coming back here will light him up and he will run another good race. He looks to have an each-way chance.
