Alan Dudman has two bets for Tuesday and he is looking forward to seeing Wise Ruler run in the evening...
"The selection's trainer Simon Crisford is hot right now with 6-16 at a strike-rate of 38%."
Back Wise Ruler @ 4.03/1 in the 18:00 at Newcastle
Teddy can rock rivals at his favourite track
16:00 Redcar - Back Give It Some Teddy @ 7.06/1
Tim Easterby's Give It Some Teddy often pops up in these mile qualifier races at Redcar, and he looks a reasonable bet to add to his win tally at the venue on Tuesday.
From a mark of 77, he is hovering around well treated territory and he arrives into this wide-open race with a good run under his belt at York. That was a very competitive affair behind Coolagh Forest over 1m3f, and he ran a cracker at a big price considering it suited those that were up with the speed .
The trip on that occasion might have just have stretched him too, as he looks best at a well-run 1m.
He likes the track and he was a course and distance winner from a 3lb higher mark in April, so the drop back down in trip will suit.

18:00 Newcastle - Back Wise Ruler @ 4.03/1
I do like Newcastle as a track and there's a good-looking 3yo handicap on the card at 18:00. The field all look progressive and with potential, and perhaps the one with most is Wise Ruler. I rate his chances, and he was priced at 3/1 on the Sportsbook last night.
He landed a novice at the track last time over 1m2f and he was well on top at the end off a slow gallop. He was strong at the finish there and I am looking forward to seeing him stretch out over the extra two furlongs tonight.
It should suit him.
Wise Ruler will be making his handicap debut from 86, and that looks a good mark judged on his reappearance when finishing second at Doncaster to the smart First In Line. That horse finished second in the Melrose and is now rated 100. A couple of winners have also come out to win from that race.
The selection's trainer Simon Crisford is hot right now with 6-16 at a strike-rate of 38%.
