Today's lay is in the 19:25 at Hamilton its a class 4 handicap over 1 mile and 1 furlong.

Montrachet is the favourite which I find somewhat insulting. This cretinous wretche has won her last two races but they were in 3yo, class 5, fillies only handicaps. She takes on the boys today and is up in grade and will surely lack the class or ability to win this off her mark of 77.

Jamie Moriaty is booked and he has never ridden a winner for Michael Bell which is a negative. This young pretender is also taking on her elders for the first time today and will surely be put in her place.

Its a competitve race and I wouldnt rule out any of the other horses but the bet for me is the lay of the ludicrously priced Montrachet. With my education and social standing I doubt very much that I could be wrong.
