SWIFT LASSIE (Trap 3, 21:24) is better known for her exploits over the extended trip of 540 metres. Yet is capable in this grade of A8 and she could be worth chancing. A recent trial should have blown away any cobwebs and, in a contest lacking depth a big run looks on the cards.
MONAGEA CHAMP (Trap 1, 21:56) last tasted success in late October but he's proved a model of consistency to a large extent in higher grade since. Crowding put paid to his chance eight days ago, yet he still only went down by a head, and anything like a clear run can see him land this contest.
