Timeform provide three selections from Hove, Belle Vue and Harlow on Wednesday...
"...shaped well enough in a recent trial over C&D to think he'll step up on that run with the experience behind him."
Timeform on Court Ads Steve
The best bet at Hove this afternoon is T5 Madam Sydney in the 16.09. The selection has bags of early pace and looks just the sort to appreciate the new 490m traps here, but she stays the standard 515m trip well enough and in the expectation she gets on the bunny she makes plenty of appeal pitched in against slightly easier opponents than of late.
T6 Tyrur Ricky has caught the eye with some improved displays in recent races despite not winning, but the 17.22 at Belle Vue affords him the opportunity to break his duck in A3 grade. Being the sole wide seed should be in his favour and the stripes should be able to dominate without too much fuss.
The 21.16 at Harlow this evening can go the way of T2 Courts Ad Steve. Phil Simmonds' youngster has been in good form at Romford this August and shaped well enough in a recent trial over C&D to think he'll step up on that run with the experience behind him. If that is the case, he will be very hard to beat.
