"...he’s best treated as still in form..."
Timeform on Bright Buddy
BRIGHT BUDDY (Trap 4, 14.08) had little go right on his most recent start, early crowding essentially ending any chance of victory, particularly given his trailblazing style. With that in mind, he's best treated as still in form and having proven a model of consistency and another smart exit from the boxes could well see him a tough nut to crack.
INCA PATRIOT (Trap 1, 16.47) hasn't had things go his way of late, yet he still has relative youth on his side and having caught the eye in defeat on his most recent outing, he could well be ready to strike. It is hoped he can hold his position around bends 1 & 2 and can play his hand from the ¾ point.
BRAMBLE ROBSON (Trap 6, 18.38) hasn't tasted success since March but we fancy him to set the record straight this evening. This doesn't strike as the strongest of handicaps, and given his strong running style at the trip, he's fancied to strike fast and late.
