Timeform provide selections from Sheffield & Newcastle in search of winners on Thursday.
"...she promises to turn front rank on the rails and really ought to maintain the gallop and prove too strong for a host of more exposed rivals."
Timeform on Geelo Ri Ri
We kick off at Sheffield's Bags fixture for our first selection, with youngster GEELO RI RI (Trap 1, 14.47) fancied to find further improvement given her low-mileage profile. Carl Perry's charge is steadily going the right way at a low level and ran well behind a fellow improving litter mate when second in this grade 6 days ago. Seemingly not lacking for stamina, she promises to turn front rank on the rails and really ought to maintain the gallop and prove too strong for a host of more exposed rivals.
KILLIEFORD GLEN (Trap 4, 18.39) had been shaping as though his turn may not be far away prior to encountering a luckless run in A4 company last time. That is a run easily overlooked, and with a style of racing well suited to handicap racing, we're hopeful he will be seen in a much better light.
ANGELAS ROCKET (Trap 4, 19.57) following a fruitful spell upon arriving at Newcastle, has found her improvement levelling out, yet, in truth, she hasn't fared at all badly of late and could be ready to strike again. His rated from a ratings perspective, she is also expected to turn handy at the very least this evening and all looks set fair for a big run.
Win back Geelo Ri Ri (Trap 1) in the 14:47 at Sheffield
Win back Killieford Glen (Trap 4) in the 18:39 at Newcastle
Win back Angelas Rocket (Trap 4) in the 19:57 at Newcastle
