Timeform on Salacreshandsome
BECKIM BERTIE (Trap 6, 18.38) only boasts the one victory since his switch to Nottingham, yet prior to his recent short spell on the side-lines he had showed improved form. A recent second over the shorter trip of 480 metres latest should have blown the cobwebs away and he is fancied to strike.
SALACRESHANDSOME (Trap 2, 19.11) arrives on a 5-race losing run but his latest second was very much a step in the right direction, not least on the clock. Not known for being about early doors, he is expected to turn mid-pack and with his strong finishing kick likely to come into play at the ¾ point, he is fancied to make a bold bid.
HAGGSWOOD BOB (Trap 5, 21.50) is not getting any younger and arrives having finished last on his last competitive outing. However, this represents a marked drop in class and he could represent a spot of value. His make-up in the orange jacket looks a good one and a handy position can see him get competitive.
