Timeform bring you the three best bets at Monmore and Perry Barr on Thursday.
"...he can quickly build up an early advantage, string out his rivals and come out on top..."
Timeform on Classy Twister
Strategic Blaze (Trap 6) - 18.33 Monmore
We head over to Monmore for our first two selections and hopefully youngster STRATEGIC BLAZE (Trap 6, 18.33) can shed the maiden tag at the sixth attempt. At present, the son of Crash seemingly finds the 480-metre trip at the limit of his stamina but still went agonizingly close two starts back reeled in late to go down by a head. Still, his exploits on final time read well in the context of this evening's race, and well-housed as the sole wide seed, we're hopeful he can capitalise and come out on top.
Ballydoyle Luigi (Trap 1) - 21.02 Monmore
The penultimate contest is a good quality S1 affair over the 630-metre distance and we're hopeful Paul Sallis' BALLYDOYLE LUIGI (Trap 1, 21.02) can take full advantage of a quick return to graded company. Successful on each of his last three starts in A1 grade, he was always on the backfoot having not got to the front early over C&D five days ago. However, we're hopeful he can boss matters from the red jacket early, assume control off the second bend and have enough in reserve to hold off the challengers.
Classy Twister (Trap2) - 21.11 Perry Barr
We head over to Perry Barr for our final selection at 21.11 and having built up an impressive record during a short spell at Henlow, CLASSY TWISTER (Trap 2) looks to hold sound claims of making it second time lucky at the midland's venue. A son of Laughill Blake, his most potent weapon is his early pace, that he again displayed last time before being reeled in late on. However, he can only strengthen up as his track knowledge improves, and with sound claims of leading from the blue jacket again, we're very hopeful he can quickly build up an early advantage, string out his rivals and come out on top.
