Timeform bring you three bets from Hove on Thursday.
"The pick was twice a winner in a higher grade at the end of 2015, so is a notch above these on his best form..."
Having been denied a clear run on her last two outings, there's a chance that CLAIREKEITH SKY (T3) may go under the radar in Hove's 19:01 contest. The selection tasted success in this grade five weeks ago, and though she's liable to the odd heavy defeat as she isn't a particularly quick starter, granted a trouble-free passage, is the pick in an ordinary A7.
There's always a chance that one of the lightly-raced sorts will get their act together when you delve into A9 company (Trap 2 Get On Lola often backed as though thought capable of better) but as is often the case, veteran SENOR TOM (T4) very much appeals as the solid option in the 20:19 affair. The pick was twice a winner in a higher grade at the end of 2015, so is a notch above these on his best form, and given there appears to be little early pace in the race, he ought to be able to turn very handy.
It would come as no real surprise were the inside runners to dominate the sprint at 20:36, with Sunday's D3 winner Anto Markos Rose likely to be sent off favourite. At the forecast prices though, it may well pay to side with LISTRY ACE (T1) against the rail, as she takes a drop down in class, and is the one to beat on the clock.
