Timeform bring you three bets from Sheffield on Monday.
"All the evidence suggests he should be well clear going into the first bend..."
The 15.17 at Sheffield can go to Lookforthebolt (Trap 1) who looks to have a good make up in the red vest. Whinmoor Tim will be popular again after stumbling at the start last time, but the strong-running selection should have a clear run round the inside and with four fast starters up against him, can come with his usual strong finish and run them down late as he has done in this grade several times before.
Raythewindowman (Trap 6) has been trialled several times recently over sprint trips, which probably gives an indication of where his future lies, but the 16.37 at Sheffield is a much easier assignment than the A3 race he ran in last time. All the evidence suggests he should be well clear going into the first bend and he stays well enough to think he'll be hard to catch should that be the case as expected.
It's difficult to fancy several of the runners in the 18.04 at Sheffield on account of absences, inexperience, lack of track knowledge, or meeting stiffer competition here than of late, so there is plenty in favour of Newlawn Whitesox (Trap 1). The selection was unable to cope with an uplift into A2 company last time, but this is a far simpler task and had on his previous start run out a winner in this grade in a good time. He's well boxed on the inside to get a clear run.
