A new schedule on RPGTV means greyhound fans can get stuck into open-race Mondays from Nottingham on Channel 468 and, as ever, the The Lord is across it all...
Concentrating on the Flying Four races, Empress Katie (20:22) might prove the value as she makes her return to the track in heat one of an Oaks event. Kevin Hutton's bitch has been off for a good while but is highly rated and has trialled back well.
A runner in last year's Derby for the Hutton camp, the May 15 sister of fellow top bitch Droopys Live has pace at both ends and might get first run on fellow strong runner Swift Lucious. The latter was impressive last week but might be held up by Madabout Maggie early.
Heat two of the same event looks the classy Ballydoyle Maura's (20:37) to lose. Hayley Keightley's bitch made the main Oaks final at Belle Vue at the backend of last year, has pace at both ends - and importantly has run Nottingham well in the past.
Two finals also feature on the Nottingham card tonight and Phil Simmonds' Newlawn Adam (21:07) could bounce back from the heats in the sprint decider. He looked out of the event after a missed break last week, but a slicker start could see him repeat a 17.57sec recent win over C&D.
The 500m final can go to Knockard Spring (21:22). He kept on well to win his heat last week, and a repeat is on the cards, although mistakes can be ill-afforded with the speed of Piemans Bullet inside. Droopys Aussie stays on well for the forecast here?
