WGC - Bridgestone Invitational: Fourth round 3-balls

Lee Westwood looks a good bet to win today's 3-ball

Looming bad weather means the PGA Tour have resorted to an early start and Dan Geraghty's favoured three balls for the final round. Below are Dan's best bets...

"If Westwood can't outscore the woefully out-of-form Robert Rock and Michael Hoey on Sunday then he really has troubles."

Rafael Cabrera Bello has performed with great credit for most of the tournament but struggled yesterday, perhaps playing while under the weather is catching up with him. The Spaniard has his work cut out to live with Americans David Toms and Zach Johnson in particular, who has been in wonderful form of late.

Carl Petterson is having a fine year and these tree-lined courses seem to suit. He is up against Lee Slattery who may struggle to hole putts on the biggest sunday he's faced in a while and KT Kim who is a serious danger.

Jason Dufner has yet to make waves in the WGC events, but is all set for a high finish this week. His opponents are Simon Dyson, who struggled yesterday, and Graeme McDowell who rates the danger.

Robert Allenby shot an improved 72 on Saturday and should have little trouble seeing off Tom Lewis and Oliver Bekker who have really struggled in this company.

Elsewhere down at the bottom of the leaderboard we find Lee Westwood who found all sorts of trouble yesterday. If Westwood can't outscore the woefully out-of-form Robert Rock and Michael Hoey on Sunday then he really has troubles.

I've enjoyed watching Rory McIlroy stay patient and work his way up the leaderboard this week. With even an average start he'd have been right there with Jim Furyk and Louis Oosthuizen. However, I still think he has a chance at snatching the title and he'll need to beat three ball partners Steve Stricker and Bo Van Pelt if he's to trouble the judge.

Jim Furyk has been in front for a long time, the steady American struggled to get over the line at the recent US Open and I think Louis Oosthuizen is the man to beat here. There are few flaws in Oosthuizen's swing, he can put the American under all kinds of pressure.
