It's an early start to this week's golf action with the Qatar Masters commencing in the early hours of Wednesday morning, and our man Dan Geraghty has provided a quartet of 3-ball selections for you to consider...
Oliver Wilson finds himself priced up as the rag in his three-ball with Tommy Fleetwood and Pablo Larrazabal despite having the best course form of the trio. Wilson was the only one of the three to make the cut in Abu Dhabi last week; he's worth chancing to come out on top on day one at a nice price.
We can expect a hangover from Gary Stal after his surprise victory in Abu Dhabi last week. Playing partner Branden Grace has been in the top 15 in each of the last two years here and is holding his form particularly well at the moment. Andy Sullivan makes up the three-ball and looks the dangerman.
Edoardo Molinari has missed the cut at his last two appearances at the Qatar Masters, the Italian has it all to do to outscore in-form youngsters Thomas Pieters and Matthew Fitzpatrick; with a breezy day one forecast, I will side with the latter, who's controlled, accurate game should give him the edge.
Short game maestro Brett Rumford has often spoken of enjoying the challenge of playing in the wind. Rumford has had some success at the Qatar Masters in the past (five top 25 finishes) and he certainly looks overpriced in a three-ball of players that haven't been tearing it up lately - Romain Wattel and Eddie Pepperell oppose.
Back Oliver Wilson @ 3.8514/5 (04:15)
Back Branden Grace @ 2.447/5 (04:35)
Back Matthew Fitzpatrick @ 3.185/40 (04:55)
Back Brett Rumford @ 4.03/1 (08:35)
