Another excellent week for the Betting.Betfair golf team with a second successive profit for the each-way column, while there were a host of winners from our merry band of football tipsters...

"Dan Geraghty was responsible for the big winnings, recommending a back of Jimmy Walker at 26.025/1. The American held a six-shot lead with nine holes to play, endured a wobble on the back nine, but eventually came home by one shot to land the column's second consecutive winning tip after Stephen Gallacher's Dubai Desert Classic victory at 40-1 last week."

For the second week in succession, Betting.Betfair's each-way golf tipping column made mega profits, hitting the tournament winner and a place to boot at the PGA Tour's AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

Dan Geraghty was responsible for the big winnings, recommending a back of Jimmy Walker at 26.025/1. The American held a six-shot lead with nine holes to play, endured a wobble on the back nine, but eventually came home by one shot to land the column's second consecutive winning tip after Stephen Gallacher's Dubai Desert Classic victory at 40-1 last week.

Dan's bet returned a profit of £166.25p (including stake) and Paul Krishnamurty weighed in with a welcome £20 after Dustin Johnson filled the runner-up spot having been recommended at 13.012/1. That was Paul's second winning place bet in a row after Romain Wattel's finished third in Dubai at 67.066/1

It was also a good week for many of our football tipsters, with Paul Robinson in particular enjoying a profitable seven days. Paul landed the Big Wednesday Multiple - his weekly fourfold column - at odds of 11.54, while Against All Odds, his daily lay column, finished in profit for a fourth successive week (making it five profitable weeks from six in 2014).

Perhaps the standout tip was the recommended lay of over 1.5 goals in Velez v Tigre at 1.528/15 - the game ended 0-0.

That game also provided profit for Ed Malyon, whose Argentinian football column returned with two winning tips from three. Ed advised a lay of Velez at 1.84/5 and also recommended backing Racing with a one goal handicap against Colón de Santa Fe at 2.1511/10 - Racing won 3-0.

It was a full house for Kevin Hatchard's Bundesliga column this weekend, with three wins out of three and a profit of more than three points.

Back at home and it was another winning week for Andrew Atherley's Number Cruncher column, as he advised backing Palace to beat West Brom at 2.546/4.

There was a double win for Nick Shiamborous' NBA column, as both Oklahoma City Thunder and Chicago Bulls beat the handicap at around even money.
