England's Gary Lockerbie carded a three-under-par round of 69 to share the lead going into the final day's play at the Singapore Masters.
The 24-year-old from Penrith, playing in his first season on the European Tour, could have held an outright lead but he missed a four-foot putt for par at the last to drop back to 12-under-par in a tie with Liang Wen-Chong of China.
Overnight leader Jyoti Randhawa of India fired four birdies and four bogeys to remain at 11-under, one shot off the pace, with Iain Steel and Peter Lawrie one shot further back.
Lockerbie began the day two shots behind Randhawa and fired seven birdies in a mixed round, which also included two bogeys and a double, while Liang Wen-Chong enjoyed six birdies in a round of 68.
Malaysia's Steel went on a birdie-blitz in the morning to move to -14 at the turn, only to throw the advantage away with a disastrous back nine of 40, which included a double bogey and four bogeys.
Simon Dyson, with a third-round 67, and Thailand's Thongchai Jaidee remain in contention at -9, while 2005 champion Nick Dougherty carded a superb 66 to move up the leaderboard to eight-under-par alongside Australia's Terry Pilkadaris.
Liang Wen-Chong (4.5) and Jyoti Randhawa (4.6) lead Betfair's Singapore Masters Winner market going into the final round tomorrow.
But Lockerbie (6.4), Jaidee (10.5) and Dyson (10.5) also appear within striking distance, just ahead of Lawrie (14) and Dougherty (17).
