Dan Fitch previews Thursday's UEFA Nations League action and fancies the match between Czech Republic and Ukraine to end all square.

"Ukraine are unbeaten in five (W3 D2), while the Czech Republic’s recent record is somewhat padded with victories over international minnows."

Back Czech Republic and Ukraine to draw at [3.25]

Europa Nations League
Thursday, September 6th

Kazakhstan can claim home win

Kazakhstan [2.6] v Georgia [2.9]; The Draw
Kick off 15:00, Live on Sky Sports Football

Kazakhstan have won two of their three games in 2018, beating Hungary and Azerbaijan. They host a Georgia side that have not won away from home for over two years, since beating Spain of all teams, back in June 2016.

With the hosts in decent form and available at a decent price against a Georgia team with such poor away form, back Kazakhstan in the Draw No Bet market at [1.8].

Low scoring game between minnows

Armenia [1.17] v Liechtenstein [13.0]; The Draw [6.0]
Kick off 19:45, Live on Sky Sports Red Button

It says much for the reputation of Liechtenstein that Armenia are such heavy favourites, despite being in poor form themselves. Armenia are without a win in their last four games (D3 L1), in four successive home matches against modest opponents in Estonia, Lithuania, Malta and Moldova.

Liechtenstein have only won one of their last 24 matches, but that did come fairly recently, when they beat Qatar last December. This could be tighter than the odds suggest then and Under 1.5 First Half Goals should land at [1.73], with Armenia only having scored once in their last four games.

Ukraine's unbeaten run to continue

Czech Republic [2.4] v Ukraine [3.25]; The Draw [3.25]

Neither of these sides qualified for the World Cup and will be now looking to make it to the 2020 European Championships. Of the pair, it's the Ukraine that are in the better form. They are unbeaten in five (W3 D2), while the Czech Republic's recent record is somewhat padded with victories over international minnows (W3 D0 L2).

Andriy Shevchenko's Ukraine team therefore look the value here and should avoid defeat. Back the draw at [3.25].

Back down to earth for Gibraltar

Gibraltar [14.0] v Macedonia [1.09]; The Draw [9.0]
Kick off 19:45, Live on Sky Sports Red Button

Gibraltar are the big outsiders, but recently won their first match since becoming an official FIFA nation. In their last outing in March, Gibraltar beat Latvia 1-0 at home, which was their first victory in four years.

Yet while Gibraltar come into this game on a high, Macedonia are justified to be heavy favourites. They are unbeaten in seven, which includes an away draw against Italy in the World Cup qualifiers. Macedonia should win half-time/full-time at [1.62].

No goals in first-half

Latvia [1.29] v Andorra [21.0]; The Draw [4.8]
Kick off 19:45, Live on Sky Sports Red Button

As mentioned, Latvia have recently lost to Gibraltar, so their odds seem a little short. They have only won one of their last eight games and were defeated by Azerbaijan in their last home match.

Andorra are unbeaten in three and have drawn their last two games 0-0. Back the game to be goalless at half-time at [2.68].

Slovenia can take advantage of Bulgarian's poor away form

Slovenia [2.2] v Bulgaria [3.85]; The Draw [3.1]
Kick off 19:45, Live on Sky Sports Red Button

Slovenia won their first match under new coach Tomaz Kavcic back in June, when they won 2-0 away against Montenegro. That ended a run of four games without a win (D1 L3) and they will now be keen to build on that performance when they host Bulgaria.

The Bulgarians are a frustratingly erratic team. In their World Cup qualifiers they beat both Holland and Sweden at home, but drew away at Luxembourg. Bulgaria have not won away from home in over two years and (D1 L6) and it's worth backing Slovenia to inflict another defeat at [2.2].
