Back Barça to restart winning sequence
After an international break, La Liga is back this weekend with Barcelona playing at Leganés, a potentially tough team to beat if Barça don't play seriously.
The home team are having a good season so far, with their defence proving a tough nut to crack on their own patch so far.
So it won't be easy for the visitors but they have the best attack in the league and I expect them to end up winning the contest. Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez do, after all, represent a huge threat for any defence in the world.
Madrid derby too close to call
Any match between the Spanish capital rivals is always difficult to predict, with both teams capable of winning, but from Barcelona perspective the draw would be perfect, allowing Los Culés to forge a ten-point lead - if Barça do their job, of course.
Real Madrid haven't started well his campaign, and even at this this early stage of the season they can't afford to let the gap to Barcelona grow even bigger, as it's hard to see the Catalonia team dropping too many points.
The visitors are a shorter price to win on the Betfair market than Atleti, but there is never really a 'favourite' in a derby clash, and I expect a high tempo, enthusiastic game, with both teams going for the win.
Ousmane Dembéle to return for El Clasico?
The great summer signing of Barcelona was Ousmane Dembélé - who arrived to replace Neymar - but he was hit by a serious injury very early on. There are promising signs that he could be fit in December, when Barcelona face Real Madrid.
Many would argue that he should see limited action initially to let him find his rhythm, but fans and media are eager to watch him play and confirm the talent shown while at Borussia Dortmund.
