Ross Barkley has reportedly rejected a move to Chelsea. A £30m transfer fee (plus add-ons) was agreed with Everton and the young Englishman was having a medical with the Premier League champions when he decided he no longer wanted to join them.
Could that mean he's got wind of interest from elsewhere? Barkley can be backed at 2/1 to join Tottenham, and 5/1 to join West Ham.

We obviously haven't mentioned most of the completed transfers involving clubs outside of the big six in this blog, but fear not as tomorrow we'll have a winners and losers review of the summer transfer window.
We've largely tried to concentrate on the big name potential transfer that you can all have a bet on, and one such player is Thomas Lemar who tonight scored two goals in France's 4-0 victory over Holland. Will that tempt Arsenal (9/2) or Liverpool (2/1) to try and convince him that his future lies with them?

Another significant hour or so on TDD with Man City officially ended their interest in West Brom defender Jonny Evans.
But it's worth keeping an eye on a couple of Leicester City players. Danny Drinkwater is still a 1/2 shot to join Chelsea (6/4 to stay at current club) and Riyad Mahrez - if anyone can find him - is also fancied to join the current champions (2/5).
Everton have added striker Nikola Vlasic to their ranks, and the Toffees are now trading at 5.04/1 to record a Top 6 Finish following a highly successful summer in the transfer market.
In other news, although not officially confirmed, it now looks certain - as you can see from the below Tweet - that Fernando Llorente will be playing for Tottenham this season.

Three significant pieces of transfer news are starting to circulate, and if you look at the 'to stay at current club' odds we quoted at 18:30 you won't be surprised to learn that Thomas Lemar's possible move to Arsenal now appears off, which means the Gunners will almost certainly hold on to Alexis Sanchez. And Liverpool's pursuit of Virgil van Djik also appears a wasted journey with Southampton reportedly saying that he will definitely remain a Saints players come the end of the night.
But this is TDD, and you should never be surprised at what develops as the night progresses. If you think there could be a dramatic U-turn somewhere then you can back Sanchez to move to Man City at 5/1, Lemar to move to Arsenal at 9/2, and Van Djik to move to Liverpool at 4/1.

Things are starting to happen. Away from England however, the second biggest deal in the history of football has been completed as Kylian Mbappé joins PSG, initially on a season-long loan, but with an obligation for the moneybags French club to sign the 18-year-old for an incredible £166m.
PSG are into 8.27/1 to win this season's Champions League.
Back in the Premier League, Liverpool have accepted a bid of £26m from Crystal Palace for the permanent transfer of Mamadou Sakho, who of course ended last season on loan at Selhurst Park so that's a transfer we should expect to be completed later this evening.
And there's yet another departure at the Emirates Stadium as Lucas Perez joins Spanish outfit Deportivo on a season-long loan.

Sanchez, Coutinho, Van Dijk, Barkley, Lemar, Mahrez, Evans. They're all registered with exactly the same clubs they were this morning, and as the hours tick down, it's becoming less likely that any of the will be moving to a new club.
There's still time though, we've got a feeling it's going to be an exciting evening. Could it be one of the most dramatic TDD's ever perhaps?
Below are the latest 'to stay at current club' odds for each of the players named above.
Alexis Sanchez - 1/5
Philippe Coutinho - 1/5
Virgil van Dijk - 1/4
Ross Barkley - 1/3
Riyad Mahrez - 7/4
Johnny Evans - 1/7
Thomas Lemar - 3/10

Just what is happening with Alexis Sanchez? Having been as short as 2/9 to become a Manchester City player, the Chilean is now 5/4 to stay at Arsenal. The Gunners are thought unlikely to have enough time to secure Thomas Lemar as a replacement before the window closes, despite agreeing a huge £92m deal for the Monaco forward.
North London rivals Tottenham are reportedly close to completing a loan deal for Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes, who has also been interesting West Ham. The long mooted Spurs move for Ross Barkley is looking less likely - the England man is now 4/6 to stay at Everton.
Crystal Palace have agreed a deal to sign Manchester City defender Eliaquim Mangala - does this mean Jonny Evans is coming in to replace him? He is 2/1 to sign for Pep Guardiola's men. City, meanwhile, have sold highly rated youngster Jadon Sancho to Borussia Dortmund.
15:30
The uncertainty around Riyad Mahrez's future appears to be a little clearer with Chelsea backed into 4/9 to sign him before the deadline passes. Mahrez left the Algeria National team's scheduled training session this morning to finalise the move. Antonio Conte is making further waves in the market by reportedly agreeing a fee for Torino full-back Davide Zappacosta and rumours continue to circulate around Ross Barkley's potential arrival.
Alexis Sanchez' potential departure from the Emirates could be edging closer with Arsenal backed into 1/4 to acquire the services of Thomas Lemar with Liverpool drifting to 7/2.
In addition following the arrival of Renato Sanches at Swansea, fellow countryman Andre Gomes is being linked with a move to either Spurs or West Ham.
14:00
While stories circulate of a £60 million bid for Alexis Sanchez from Manchester City, Ross Barkley is emerging as another potential Deadline Day headline grabber. Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham are all quoted with having an interest but Spurs are reportedly his preferred destination for whom he's 13/5 to join.
Elsewhere in north London, Arsenal are said to be close to a deal with PSG for Julian Draxler, he's 11/10 to secure a move to the Emirates before the deadline passes.
Nahki Wells, a key part of Huddersfield's promotion campaign last season is in line for a move to Burnley and with the various comings and goings at Swansea there are still question marks as to whether they'll make a move for Nacer Chadli. The Belgian midfielder is 7/4 to make the switch as Paul Clement looks to make use of the funds generated by Gylfi Sigurdsson's departure. Although they may feel they're well enough stocked in the middle of the park having now confirmed the capture of Renato Sanches on loan.
12:30
It's Daniel Levy's favourite day of the year and it looks like it will be a busy one for Tottenham. They have officially announced the £23m capture of PSG right-back Serge Aurier and are on the verge of agreeing a deal for Swansea forward, Fernando Llorente.
Vincent Janssen looks to be surplus to requirements at Tottenham for now - he is being linked with Swansea, Stoke and West Brom.
Spurs are 5/1 in our 'EPL club to sign the most players on deadline day' market.
Elsewhere, Swansea have agreed a £12m deal with Manchester City for the return of Wilfred Bony, while Everton have reportedly rejected a loan inquiry from West Ham for Kevin Mirallas, but will listen to offers for a permanent deal.
11:00
With 12 hours to go until the transfer window shuts again - until January - there's still a lot of uncertainty around where Alexis Sanchez will be playing his football for the rest of the season. He's currently 2/5 to make a move up to Manchester City but with Arsenal having already shipped out Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain this would surely leave them woefully short of creativity up front.
Equally it may well be the catalyst in a wider series of moves that could involve Riyad Mahrez who is rumoured to have departed training with the Algeria National Team to finalise a transfer somewhere... it's currently 11/8 that he ends up at Arsenal and 3/1 that he makes the move to La Liga to line up alongside Lionel Messi at Barcelona.
The protracted potential transfer of Jonny Evans to Manchester City is still ongoing with bids from Arsenal and Leicester City rejected over the past few days. He's 8/11 to finally make the move to the Etihad and 13/5 to remain a West Bromwich Albion player. Like the potential transfer of Alexis Sanchez, this could trigger a transfer for Eliaquim Mangala who seemingly has his heart set on playing football at Inter Milan, he's 6/4 to make the move there.
The departure of Evans will leave a big hole at the Hawthorns which Tony Pulis will want filled before 11pm tonight, the aforementioned Mangala could be used as a makeweight in that deal - he's 13/5 to head to the Black Country club - or perhaps Pulis' will finally get his man in Mamadou Sakho who is reportedly close to signing a long-term deal at Crystal Palace. The Liverpool central defender is 1/4 to sign for Frank De Boer's side or 11/2 to make the switch to Albion.
