It's a vital match at both ends of the table, as Manchester City hone in on second place and QPR plan a great escape. Dan Fitch gives his thoughts...
"Yet a safer bet is the 10/111.9 for both teams to score. City have kept two clean sheets in their last three matches, but this QPR team have to come to attack."
Manchester City v QPR
Live on Sky Sports 1
Having looked at risk of missing out on a top four spot just a couple of weeks ago, Manchester City have fought back and are now locked in a battle with Arsenal to finish as the Premier League's runner-up.
City have won three games on the bounce, with their talismanic striker Sergio Aguero getting back amongst the goals. As such they look like fearsome opposition for a QPR side fighting for their lives.
Manuel Pellegrini's side will be boosted by the return of their captain Vincent Kompany and Yaya Toure, but will be without the injured Samir Nasri who is out for the season after suffering a groan problem in the 1-0 victory over Spurs last weekend.
Some seven points from safety with only three games of the season left, QPR are in need of a miracle if they are to stay up, especially when one of them's away at Manchester City.
Inspiring away performances against West Brom and Aston Villa hinted that there was hope, but one point from the last three games has seen them cast adrift again.
As if Chris Ramsey didn't have a thankless enough task, he has a number of inures to deal with. Steven Caulker, Clint Hill, Mauricio Isla and Bobby Zamora are all doubts, while Nedum Onuoha is suspended for the trip to his former club
Fairly predictably, City are short at 1/41.24 to win, with the draw available a price of 7/17.8 and a shock QPR victory at 14/115.0.
If there's little value in the match odds market, the Half-Time/Full-Time market is little better. City are an unappealing 4/61.68 to win half-time/full-time, which they have achieved in each of their last three victories. If you fancy QPR to hold on to half-time (and they have done in two of their last three games) you can back the draw/Manchester City at 4/14.9.
Perhaps more enticing is the 5/42.3 for City to win both halves against a QPR side that have to attack them and go for a win.
Over/Under 2.5 Goals
We find a similar situation in the over/under 2.5 goal market, where over 2.5 is available at just 2/51.4, with unders at 12/53.35.
Over 3.5 goals is more interesting and perched on a knife-edge, with overs at 20/211.97 and unders at 20/211.96. With both sides having defensive issues and with goalscorers like Aguero and Charlie Austin featuring, there should be goals in this. Four of the last five games between the sides have produced four goals or more.
Yet a safer bet is the 10/111.9 for both teams to score. City have kept two clean sheets in their last three matches, but this QPR team have to come to attack.
