Game week 27 gets underway on Saturday with a barn burner at Wembley Stadium where Neil Monnery expects goals and therefore Fantasy options. Here are his thoughts on best picks for the weekend...

'Christian Benteke - £7.6m. If you aren't watching closely then it would probably come as a surprise that the Palace centre forward has provided an assist or scored in five straight games.'

Eight to like

Henrikh Mkhitaryan - £7.8m. Three assists on his full Arsenal debut has bumped Henrikh's price up by £200,000 in one fell swoop. The former Manchester United man is still serious value. Playing on the big Wembley pitch on Saturday lunchtime in the north London derby will fit his skills perfectly.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan is available at 11/4 to score anytime in the Spurs v Arsenal match on the Sportsbook

Bernardo Silva - £7.4m. If you are a manager who likes a spot of risk taking then this one is for you. The summer signing hasn't exactly hit the ground running at the Etihad but injuries to Gabriel Jesus and Leroy Sane have opened up a spot in the starting XI for him. Getting an attacking player from Man City for under £7.5m is always worth considering.

Huddersfield Defenders - Various. This pick is based both on a favourable upcoming schedule along with the kick-off time for their game this weekend. These midday kick-offs when one team has dealt with a long journey often lead to lethargic performances. Bournemouth at home then West Brom away. Two potential cheap clean sheet opportunities.

Javier Hernández - £6.7m. I'm still loving the value here as the 29-year-old is keeping up his fine run of form. He's scored or provided an assist in three straight. Watford at home this weekend looks like a clash that will have plenty of goals in it.

Javier Hernandez is available at 5/1 to score first in the West Ham v Watford match on the Sportsbook

Gerard Deulofeu - £6.0m. Speaking of that West Ham v Watford game, I fully expect this man to be one of the sexier picks this weekend. Anyone who watched the way he performed against Chelsea on Monday night will have been thoroughly impressed. If the former Everton and Barcelona man can play like that every week, he's going to be fantasy dynamite.

Christian Benteke - £7.6m. If you aren't watching closely then it would probably come as a surprise that the Palace centre forward has provided an assist or scored in five straight games. He isn't the Fantasy superstar that he once was but that type of consistency is always nice. Everton were shambolic last week and Roy Hodgson's men could expose that on Saturday.

Christian Benteke is available at 11/2 to score first in the Everton v Crystal Palace match on the Sportsbook

Mohamed Salah - £10.4m. I know tipping the Liverpool winger to have a good weekend is a tad lazy but every so often it is good to remind yourself just how immense he's been. So far this season Salah has started in 25 EPL games. Only on five occasions has he not scored or provided an assist. In four games he's done one of either and five times he's scored twice. Southampton away is another potential fruitful game.

Chris Brunt - £5.0m. Watching West Brom score twice from corners last weekend is a great reminder of just how good of a left foot this guy has. At £5.0m he'd be your substitute midfielder but when he plays, assists often follow. West Brom travel to Chelsea on Monday night and the way they are performing right now, you wouldn't be shocked to see them ship in more than one.

Two to avoid

Chelsea players - Various. On that note, this is a week where no-one should be looking to transfer in any Chelsea players. The abject display at Watford earlier this week was scarily bad. Monday night could be a poisonous atmosphere so one to avoid.

Sadio Mané - £9.3m. Last season he was a Fantasy superstar. This year Mané started like a house on fire. Since the red card at the Etihad however his form has been patchy at best. Plenty more value around the midfield ranks than the Senegalese international.

Captain's pick

Salah has been my captain for about ten games straight and that won't be changing this weekend. I think the north London derby has a few goals in it so if you have the big names on either side, they are also sound picks.

Both teams to score in both halves is available at 15/2 in the Spurs v Arsenal match on the Sportsbook

*Remember the deadline to submit your teams for GW27 is 11:30 on Saturday.
