Michael Lintorn has some in-play betting advice for Cagliari v Roma, Augsburg v Frankfurt and Lyon v Paris St-Germain...

"Lyon have won each of the past ten league encounters in which they have opened the scoring."

Cagliari v Roma
Sunday, 14:00
Live on BT Sport 1

Match Odds: Cagliari 4.3100/30, Roma 2.0621/20, The Draw 3.55/2

Roma's scudetto challenge lies near enough in ruins after a disastrous run of form which has seen them go six games without a 90-minute win, earning just two in 11 to duck out of the Champions League and Coppa Italia and fall ten points behind champions Juventus.

Victory is essential at 17th-placed Cagliari, but Gervinho, Juan Iturbe, Kevin Strootman and Daniele De Rossi are among ten definite absentees for the trip, with skipper Francesco Totti a further doubt.

An interesting in-play insight is that all five of the goals that Roma scored in their previous four Serie A matches came after half time - each within 20 minutes of the restart too - while all five that they conceded were before the break.

Additionally, only two of Cagliari's past seven league goals came in the second half, one of those a penalty, with these trends indicating that you should lay the hosts if they lead at the interval.

Augsburg v Eintracht Frankfurt
Sunday, 16:30
Live on BT Sport 1

Match Odds: Augsburg 1.991/1, Eintracht Frankfurt 4.1, The Draw 3.8514/5

Augsburg have inflated their unlikely push for a Champions League spot with an air of legitimacy by beating Borussia Monchengladbach (fourth), Hoffenheim (seventh) and Borussia Dortmund (round-of-16 participants this term) in their latest three Bundesliga fixtures.

If the sole side not to have drawn a single game in the German top-flight make it four in a row at home to ninth-placed Frankfurt - and they have won seven out of nine in front of their fans to date - they will climb to third.

They might have to do it the hard way though, with Frankfurt's last four (winless) matches serving as an ode to Lenny Kravitz's It Ain't Over Till It's Over. After they rallied from 4-2 down to Hertha Berlin in the 90th minute for a draw, they then surrendered leads against Bayer Leverkusen, Freiburg and Wolfsburg to turn nine points into two.

With three of Augsburg's most recent five triumphs being achieved from behind, there may be an opportunity to back them at chunkier odds than 1.991/1 in-play.

Lyon v Paris St-Germain
Sunday, 20:00
Live on BT Sport 1

Match Odds: Lyon 3.711/4, Paris St-Germain 2.26/5, The Draw 3.55/2

Sunday's headline attraction is this Ligue 1 showdown between the table-toppers and champions. A Lyon win will lift them four points clear, yet defeat will see Paris St-Germain nick first place off them in a season in which Laurent Blanc's men have trailed these opponents and Marseille.

The visitors may be favourites, but they are in serious trouble if they go 1-0 down. Lyon have won each of the past ten league encounters in which they have opened the scoring, doing so without conceding on the most recent five occasions.

The capital club lost to nil at Lyon even in their title-winning 2013/14 campaign, and were beaten the last time that they allowed their hosts a 1-0 lead in Ligue 1 - against Guingamp in December.
