The sound of the ball hitting the net has taken Paul Robinson to Vancouver tonight as he thinks that there will be plenty of goals when the Whitecaps take on Dallas.

The Vancouver Whitecaps are third in the Western Conference and tonight they take on FC Dallas who are second. Only the top two teams automatically qualify for the Final Series so victory here for the hosts would be hugely beneficial.

Carl Robinson's side would then be two points ahead of their Texan rivals - Dallas would have a game in hand - but with precious few matches left in the regular season, occupying a top two place would give them the psychological edge.

It's the goal-side of things that we're focusing on here though and the hosts have conceded five times over their two most recent fixtures on this ground. Prior to that they racked up 10 in four games themselves and their matches this term are averaging 2.41 goals each time.
