Hosts to win the battle of the claret and blue
Bet 1: Back Aston Villa @ 5/4
A 3-2 defeat at Arsenal wouldn't be too bad under normal circumstances, but when you're 1-0 and then 2-1 up - all the while against 10 men - Aston Villa would have been distraught with the result.
Dean Smith's side showed good character to bounce back to win 3-1 at Brighton in the cup during the week though, and I fancy them to get the better of Burnley at Villa Park this afternoon.
The Clarets beat Norwich last weekend, but prior to that they had gone five without a win in all competitions. Sean Dyche's team have played three times away from Turf Moor this season, and they are yet to win - one defeat and two draws.
Canaries to win at Selhurst Park
Bet 2: Back Norwich @ 29/10
Crystal Palace have a pretty dire record at Selhurst Park during the last year or so. Last season they won just five times in front of their own fans, and this season it's one win out of three.
Norwich have been hit and miss since their promotion to the top flight. Their victory against Man City is the clear highlight, and while they have been beaten in all three of their away games, they performed with credit at Anfield.
This game could be set up for the Canaries, as the hosts lack bite up front, and Daniel Farke's men should get plenty of joy on the break.
Spoils to be shared on the south coast
Bet 3: Back The Draw in Bournemouth v West Ham @ 13/5
We conclude at the Vitality for a fixture between Bournemouth and West Ham that should be a pretty close run affair.
Both of these teams know where the goal is, and they can both be pretty hit or miss. The Hammers need to put their embarrassing 4-0 defeat at Oxford behind them, but prior to that they were unbeaten in six - four of which were wins.
The Cherries also had their own embarrassing cup exit during the week, but their only defeat at home this term was at the hands of Manchester City. A score draw could be on the cards today.
