Bet 1: West Brom (HOME) @ 1.57 (4/7)
We begin at The Hawthorns for what should be a relatively straightforward home win for West Brom at the expense of Bristol City.
The Baggies are pretty secure in mid-table so they can focus on trying to achieve a decent run in the cup - something which Pulis managed at Stoke back in the 2010/11 season.
They come into the game in good form having won their last two matches - both on this ground - and if Saido Berahino is given the chance to shine, it will be an opportunity for him to remind potential suitors what he can do.
Bristol City are languishing in the Championship relegation zone having won just one of their last 10 fixtures. They have lost their last two outings - both to nil - and with a big game against Preston coming up on Tuesday, Steve Cotterill may opt to rest some of his better players.
Bet 2: Blackburn (AWAY) @ 1.75 (3/4)
Our away win comes from South Wales as Blackburn should have too much for League Two, Newport County.
The hosts are struggling towards the bottom of League Two and they come into the match having taken just one point from a possible 12. They have been in fine heart prior to that as between the end of October and the start of December they had gone 10 unbeaten, but their defence have let them down of late - conceding 10 goals in four games.
Things had begun brightly for Paul Lambert at Ewood Park but they have now lost their last three matches by a goal to nil. Before that they were held to a goalless draw by Nottingham Forest so it's now over six hours since they put the ball in the net.
I just feel that Rovers will have too much class against John Sheridan's County and while Rodney Parade will be buzzing, I don't foresee an upset.
Bet 3: Hartlepool v Derby (Over 2.5 goals) @ 1.75 (3/4)
Our quest for goals takes us to the north of England as Derby travel to Hartlepool for what should be a high-scoring affair.
Ronnie Moore's men have played 21 times this term and with 20 scored and 35 conceded, their matches are averaging 2.62 goals each time. A dozen of the 21 saw over 2.5 backers paid out and that includes four of their last five in League Two.
Derby are looking good for promotion to the Premier League and while they were held by Leeds and beaten by Middlesbrough over the festive period, I wouldn't be overly concerned by that.
The Rams have already won six times on the road this season and given that this will be their easiest assignment to date, I don't expect Paul Clement's players to make any mistake.
They should be able to knock in a few goals as they haven't fired too many blanks away from Pride Park this year but I wouldn't rule them out conceding a consolation.
Bet 4: Middlesbrough v Burnley (Under 2.5 goals) @ 1.55 (11/20)
This week's final selection comes from The Riverside as I don't envisage a boatload of goals when Burnley travel to Middlesbrough.
A 2-0 win over Derby made it six clean sheets in a row for The Boro last weekend and they look far and away the best team in the Championship. They're not the highest scorers in the world - six in seven in front of their own fans of late - but with a defence so mean, they really don't need to be.
Opponents, Burnley, are pushing for promotion back to the Premier League as well but unless the top two suddenly begin to falter, a place in the play-offs looks like their only chance.
Sean Dyche's side have been a bit inconsistent recently and their main issue has been scoring goals away from Turf Moor. Their last seven scorelines away from home are 1-1, 0-1, 0-0, 2-2, 0-0, 1-0 and 3-0, and when they visited this ground on December 15th, they lost 1-0.
