Bet 1: The Draw in Crystal Palace v Stoke @ 3.5 (5/2)
This is a typical end of season affair where neither team are in good form as they don't have anything to play for in the league.
Stoke are safely positioned in mid-table and have been dreadful in recent weeks, although they did end a run of three straight defeats by drawing with Sunderland at The Britannia last weekend.
Crystal Palace have limped their way to safety after a hugely positive start to the campaign but their attentions are now solely on the FA Cup Final against Manchester United in two weeks time.
Considering all of the above, the draw has to be the value play as the result would arguably suit both teams and neither of them have looked capable of beating anybody for quite a while now.
Bet 2: The Draw in Sunderland v Chelsea @ 3.25 (9/4)
The hosts are odds-on for relegation again after looking the most likely to survive a fortnight ago. They have only lost one of their last eight games but six of them have been draws and they are now a point behind Newcastle, albeit with a game in hand.
The key to this match will be which Chelsea team turn up. The one that had desire against Spurs on Monday or the one that has been on display for most of the rest of the season.
The Blues had motivation to stop Tottenham winning the league last week but they have nothing to play for this afternoon. It wouldn't surprise me if the players were still in decent form at The Stadium of Light however as the Euros are coming up and they will want to work their way back to the peak of their powers.
Nevertheless, Sam Allardyce has made Sunderland very hard to beat and with a defeat possibly proving catastrophic, I think that this one will end all square.
Bet 3: The Draw in Aston Villa v Newcastle @ 4.0 (3/1)
I have covered this match in more detail here and in what may come as a shock to many, I quite fancy the chances of Aston Villa picking up a point today.
To summarise what I said in the match preview, Villa have shown a bit of improvement in the last couple of weeks and they should really have beaten Watford last Saturday.
The goals have returned to the side and with Newcastle having such a dire away record - one point from a possible 30 - the short price of The Magpies is utterly ridiculous in my eyes.
Of course they need to win to boost their survival hopes even further, but they are in this position for a reason and the Villa players may just want to send their home fans into the summer with something positive.
