Jonno Turner foresees a big cup shock in France, and a rough night for Italian Serie B newcomers Lanciano...

I went to the dentist yesterday and asked him to make my teeth straight and white, and he filled my mouth with Daily Mail readers.

Lanciano have struggled since their promotion from the third tier and have not yet won a Serie B game in five attempts. Additionally, they have won just one in six on their travels and their defence has been breached five times in the three this season.

With just a point keeping them clear of their penalised hosts, it will be all change if Reggina secure a victory.

Over to France for our second pick now - and I fancy an upset in the Coupe de la Ligue. Two divisions separate Bastia and Metz, but with the home side in the midst of a miserable run and their guests full of momentum, this one has all the makings of a shock.

Bastia have struggled since their promotion, and have lost four consecutive Ligue 1 games to sit in 15th place. Even more worrying is the manner in which they have lost the last three, failing to score and conceding ten times.

It's clear that they have issues defensively, and that is something that Metz will be desperate to exploit in this cup game. They travel to Corsica unbeaten in 12, and have won nine of their last 11.

Thirteen goals went their way in the last five, and that attacking prowess could be key. Four matches without defeat on the road suggests that the visitors are more than capable of springing a surprise, and I think they're cracking odds to do so.
