London Road is the venue for our first selection of the day, as Peterborough play host to Notts County in League One.
Darren Ferguson's side finally got back to winning ways at the weekend, a 3-0 thrashing of Tranmere Rovers putting paid to a miserable run which had seen the Posh go six outings without victory.
That poor return has left the hosts sitting sixth in the table, occupying the final play-off place, and they will be desperate to make it two wins from two tonight in order to pile the pressure on those around them.
Even noting their recent blundering run, Ferguson's charges have taken maximum points from six of their last 10 in front of their own fans, and that will give them confidence as they line up against Notts County here.
The Magpies travel east having won their trio of outings in the new year, and that resurgence has lifted them into 16th place in the table.
Shaun Derry's side now sit two points outside of the dropzone, and will be keen to put more breathing space between themselves and the bottom four.
But just two wins from their last 17 away from Meadow Lane suggests that the visitors are a little susceptible on the road, and although they grabbed a narrow win at Stevenage last time out, this trip is another proposition completely.
Just two clean sheets from six indicates that the away side might present their hosts with a chance or two - and Peterborough, famed for their final third threat this campaign, should be able to take advantage of that.
Bet 1: Peterborough (HOME) @ 1.574/7
Switching our attentions to France now for our second pick - and a cup clash between Marseille and Nice.
Marseille head into this fixture as clear favourites, and sit fifth in the top tier - but a loss in their last outing at Lyon suggests that they are certainly beatable.
That makes just three wins from nine games for Jose Anigo's side, and a single victory from six at the Stade Velodrome indicates that it is not the formidable venue that it once was.
The hosts have managed just one clean sheet from their last nine, and half a dozen goals shipped in their last five on their own patch points to holes in the l'OM rearguard.
Visitors Nice travel to this one occupying 13th place in Ligue Un, but an impressive run of late will buoy them ahead of this tie.
Claude Puel's charges have lost just one of their last seven outings - and five wins in that time suggests that they have developed a real cutting edge to their play.
Indeed, 14 goals notched in that time underlines their attacking threat, and they will be confident that they can nick one at the Velodrome.
But it is their defensive record which says the most about how well-drilled and organised this away side is, and five clean sheets from seven suggests that they can make it difficult for a Marseille side with the weight of expectation upon their shoulders.
The hosts are rightly favourites for the win here, but on recent performances I think that Nice are overpriced, and I reckon a small flutter on them with a view to cashing out could reap dividends.
Bet 2: Nice (AWAY) @ 7.06/1
