It's two from the Championship and one from the Champions League for Paul Robinson this evening and it all begins with a home win at Portman Road. Here are his selections:

- Back Ipswich @ 11/5
- Back Over 2.5 Goals in Millwall v Birmingham @ 1/1
- Back Tottenham @ 8/11

The Acca pays approximately 10/1

Tractor Boys to harvest the three points

Bet 1: Back Ipswich @ 11/5 - KO 19:45 GMT

Paul Lambert suffered his first defeat as Ipswich Town manager on Friday night, but his team were up against West Brom. They lost 2-1 on this ground, but they showed enough to suggest that a first win since the beginning of October wasn't far around the corner.

Since Lambert joined the Suffolk club, they have drawn with Preston and Reading, in games they led in until towards the end. They have started scoring goals again, and they will fancy their chances here.

Bristol City are in worse form as they come into the game on the back of four straight defeats. They failed to find the net in three of them and they have now lost four of their last six on the road.

Lions and Blues to keep the goals flowing

Bet 2: Back Over 2.5 Goals in Millwall v Birmingham @ 1/1 - KO 19:45 GMT

Our second Championship bet of the day comes from the Den as I'm not quite sure why Over 2.5 Goals is as big as evens given the recent scorelines of the respective clubs.

The hosts have played nine times at home this term and seven of them have seen this selection land. The two that didn't only missed out by a single goal - they both finished 1-1 - and the other positive is that both teams have been scoring in their matches - they have kept one clean sheet, and are yet to fail to find the net themselves.

The Blues need to bounce back from their 4-2 derby defeat at Villa Park, but as long as the goals keep flowing, I'll be happy. They are currently on a run of five matches to see Over 2.5 backers collect, and they haven't just been scraping home - the four most recent had a minimum of four goals.

Spurs to keep their Champions League dreams alive

Bet 3: Back Tottenham @ 8/11 - KO 20:00 GMT

The situation in Group B is pretty dire for Spurs, but to their credit, they are still in their fighting and they can actually move second with a win tonight.

A daunting trip to the Nou Camp follows, but they will be taking it one game at a time, and the mission here will be to beat Inter, and preferably by a better scoreline than the 2-1 they lost by in the San Siro - just in case it comes down to that.

Tottenham were excellent in their 3-1 win over the previously unbeaten Chelsea on Saturday, and having Christian Eriksen back in the side made a real difference.

Inter scored two late goals to beat Spurs when they met in the reverse fixture, and that result proved the catalyst for them to go on a seven match winning streak. They lost 4-1 at Atalanta prior to the international break though, and while they responded with a 3-0 win over Frosinone at the weekend, I think that Tottenham will have the measure of them here.

Dave Tindall is also keen on Spurs' chances tonight.
