Paul Robinson got two out of three right in Brazil last night, and he's aiming for compensation with a clean sweep on tonight's Serie A fixtures. Here are his selections:

- Back BTTS in Corinthians v Atletico PR @ 6/5
- Back Vasco da Gama @ 7/4
- Back Flamengo @ 4/9

The Acca pays approximately 8/1

Goals at both ends at Corinthians

Bet 1: Back BTTS in Corinthians v Atletico PR @ 6/5 - KO 23:15 BST

These two teams have been in great form of late and they come into the game on unbeaten runs.

The hosts have gone five without defeat in all competitions, and they are yet to be beaten at home in the league this season - eight wins and four draws. Despite that success, it's just four clean sheets in eight on this ground.

The visitors used to struggle on the road, but they have gone four without defeat away from home, and they have found the net in each of their last five on their travels - without keeping a clean sheet.

They are more than capable of getting a result tonight, and I definitely fancy them to find the net, given the form that they are in.

Giant of the Hill to pick up another away win

Bet 2: Back Vasco da Gama @ 7/4 - KO 23:15 BST

Avai are second from bottom and have lost their last three outings. Prior to that they had been putting up a bit of a fight with three wins in four, but they are back to struggling again - conceding plenty of goals in the process.

The selection can be pretty hit or miss, but that's why we are getting a decent price. They are only 14th in the table, but they have won three of their last five away from home, and they won here in the cup back in April.

Big Mengo to get a big lead

Bet 3: Back Flamengo @ 4/9 - KO 00:00 BST

The league leaders have the opportunity to move eight points clear at the top thanks to Palmeiras' defeat at Santos last night. They returned to winning ways (they had drawn two games) at Chapecoense at the weekend, and it's extremely difficult to see them slipping up tonight.

Atletico Mineiro are one of the better teams in Brazil, but they are languishing in mid-table at present, and have won just one of their last nine in the league - seven of which were losses.
