Plenty of action at Fratton Park
Bet 1: Back BTTS in Portsmouth v Sunderland @ 1/1 - KO 19:45 BST
Portsmouth ended the campaign without winning any of their final three matches, and they only missed out on automatic promotion by three points. They then lost the first leg of this play-off semi at the Stadium of Light, but it was only 1-0, so they are still well in this tie if they can rouse themselves.
Sunderland also had a poor ending to the season as they drew two and lost two of their final four outings, but they did at least show good character by beating Pompey at home on Saturday - and they had to play the final 25 minutes with 10 men.
I am expecting more of an open game between these two tonight, and I can definitely see goals at both ends. I am actually quite surprised that BTTS is as big as evens, as the hosts have seen their last four at Fratton Park end with both teams scoring, and the same can be said for the visitors last four away.
Home advantage to tell in Argentina
Bet 2: Back Gimnasia La Plata @ 11/10 - KO 23:00 BST
The first leg of this Copa de la Superliga quarter-final finished 0-0, and with Gimnasia La Plata having won plenty of matches at home lately, I quite fancy them to complete the job and win again tonight.
It is now five wins from their last eight on this ground for Pedro Troglio's men, and three of those victories were to nil. It's also worth noting that they beat tonight's opponents when they last met here - a 1-0 success back in August.
Argentinos Juniors have now gone three without a win, and they haven't won in four away from home. They only came 26th in the Superliga, and while they have progressed to the quarters of this competition, they aren't a top side, and should make their exit here.
Hard to ignore Boca at above evens
Bet 3: Back Boca Juniors @ 21/20 - KO 01:10 BST (Fri)
The selection have won their last eight straight matches in front of their own fans (one on penalties), so I am quite surprised to see them trading at odds-against to pick up another victory tonight.
The first leg of this quarter-final tie finished 0-0 and while Velez Sarsfield are a good team - they finished the league season in sixth place - you have to feel that they blew their chance by not winning the home leg.
When they last played at Boca at the beginning of September, they were beaten 3-0, and they actually lost the reverse fixture 4-0. You have to go back all the way to 2015 to find their last win against Boca.
