Paul Robinson is focusing on the Brazilian top flight today as he has picked out a 12/1 Daily Acca. Here are his selections:

- Back Gremio @ 1/1
- Back Palmeiras @ 21/20
- Back Atletico PR & BTTS @ 11/5

The Acca pays approximately 12/1

Leaders to be beaten

Bet 1: Back Gremio @ 1/1 - KO 19:00 GMT

Flamengo are the league leaders so it's not often I would tip their opponents at even money, but there are unique circumstances about this game this evening.

There are only half a dozen matches left in the season, and they have an 11 point lead at the top. Their nearest challengers do have a game in hand, but it shouldn't matter at this stage.

Another big thing on the horizon for Jorge Jesus' men is the Copa Libertadores Final next Saturday. They take on River Plate in Lima, and the manager won't want to pick up any injuries beforehand.

It would also be remiss not to mention the credentials of the selection. Gremio are fourth in the league and have won their last five matches.

Reigning champs to keep their hopes alive

Bet 2: Back Palmeiras @ 21/20 - KO 19:00 GMT

If Flamengo do indeed slip-up, it is Palmeiras who are best placed to take advantage. If they can reduce the gap to eight points, and then win their game in hand, it could be an interesting run-in - especially as the two teams are set to meet at Allianz Parque on December 1st.

Tonight they travel to Bahia - a team who have gone six without a victory - four defeats and two draws. Even at home where they are usually strong, the hosts haven't won in five, and Atletico PR, Ceara and Internacional all beat them during that period.

The visitors dropped points in a 1-1 draw with Corinthians last weekend, but prior to that they had won six out of seven - including their two latest away games.

Botafogo to revert back to losing ways

Bet 3: Back Atletico PR & BTTS @ 11/5 - KO 21:00 GMT

We finish in Parana as Atletico PR should beat Botafogo, but a clean sheet is far from guaranteed.

Eduardo Barros is currently the caretaker manager of Atletico PR, and after drawing his opening match with Cruzeiro, he then led his team to a very impressive 1-0 win at Sao Paulo last Sunday.

Botafogo ended a run of four straight defeats by beating Avai on Monday, but that is hardly scintillating form, as their opponent are well adrift at the bottom of the league.

Alberto Valentim's men have lost their last six on the road, and eight of their last nine. They did recently find the net at Vasco da Gama and Santos though, and the hosts have conceded in six of their last eight in front of their own fans.
