It's all about the 17:30 kick offs for Paul Robinson today as he's picked out a treble from the Premier League, Championship and La Liga. Here are his selections:

- Back BTTS in Brighton v Tottenham @ 4/5
- Back BTTS in QPR v Norwich @ 4/6
- Back Getafe +1 Goal @ 10/11

The Acca pays approximately 9/2

Bank on goals at the Amex

Bet 1: Back BTTS in Brighton v Tottenham @ 4/5 - KO 17:30 BST

The visitors head south on the back of three consecutive 2-1 defeats, but it is worth noting that in two of those games, they threw away 1-0 leads pretty late in the day.

I am not as downcast about Spurs' prospects this season, as some, but they certainly need to avoid another loss this evening, and I think that they should be able to manage it.

That being said, Brighton look set to get on the scoresheet as not only does Tottenham's defence look a bit shaky - Hugo Lloris again misses out - but Chris Hughton's men are also in good scoring form.

In their last two games they have come back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2, and it was only a month ago that they were beating Manchester United 3-2 on this ground.

Mark O'Haire is also tipping goals.

Canaries to take goals to Loftus Road

Bet 2: Back BTTS in QPR v Norwich @ 4/6 - KO 17:30 BST

Norwich are one of the go-to Championship teams when it comes to goals this year, and even if their match average of 3.13 goals is skewed by their seven-goal thriller against West Brom, all four of their away outings have seen this selection land.

They picked up their first away win of the campaign at Reading on Wednesday, which made it three victories from four in all competitions, but they face a stern test today with QPR back in form.

The writing appeared to be on the wall for Steve McClaren when Rangers started with four straight defeats, but they have since gone on to take 10 points from a possible 12, and things are looking much better.

Their last two at Loftus Road were wins to nil, but I fancy Daniel Farke's visitors to score at least once here, and BTTS looks like a strong possibility indeed.

Be wary of Atletico

Bet 3: Back Getafe +1 Goal @ 10/11 - KO 17:30 BST

Atletico Madrid have made a stuttering start to their campaign as while they won the Super Cup and beat Monaco in the Champions League during the week, in La Liga they have only amassed five points from their opening four matches.

Getafe on the other hand have made a strong start to their season as they have seven points from a possible 12 and last year's eighth placed finishers are looking good again.

A 2-0 win at Sevilla last weekend highlights their ability to get the job done against the top sides in the country, and it's worth remembering that they lost just three of their last 15 at home last season.

Given that Diego Simeone's men are yet to fire in the league, and that they were in action during the week, I'm more than happy to take the 10/11 that they won't win here.
