Paul Robinson is aiming to head into the weekend on a winner as he takes in three late games from Brazil's Serie B. Here are his selections:
Goias to extend their excellent run
Bet 1: Back Goias @ 4/5 - KO 00:30 BST (Sat)
Following a poor start to the campaign that saw them lose five of their first seven matches and draw the other two, Goias have managed to put a bit of a run together that sees them head into tonight's fixture on the back of four wins and a draw.
The hosts are now up to 11th in the table - just seven points off the promotion places - and they have taken seven points from a possible nine at home of late.
Their opponents are Criciuma and they are down in 18th place with 13 points. Their recent results haven't been too bad as it's just one defeat in seven, but wins have been few and far between.
On their travels they were beaten last time out at the second from bottom, Brasil de Pelotas, and it's five losses from seven attempts away from home this term.
Serie B strugglers to fail in front of goal
Bet 2: Back Under 1.5 Goals in Boa v CRB @ 6/4 - KO 00:30 BST (Sat)
This fixture sees bottom take on fourth bottom and I'm really not sure where the goals are going to come from.
Boa have netted just eight this season at an average of barely over 0.5 per game. That average has sunk to 0.25 per match over the course of their last four outings and they have fired two blanks in a row on this ground.
CRB have been a bit more prolific as they have 13 to their name this year, but it's worth noting that three of those came in one game at Sampaio Correa - back at the beginning of May.
Away from home it's one goal in four, and while I don't fear for their defence, I don't have any faith that their attack will do the business.
CSA to move into second place
Bet 3: Back CSA @ 9/10 - KO 01:30 BST (Sat)
The selection ended a run of four straight draws to pick up their seventh win of the campaign this time last week and I'm backing them to follow up tonight at the expense of Sampaio Correa.
CSA are now up to fourth in Brazil's Serie B and they can move into second with a win - the top four earn automatic promotion. I'm not put off by the fact that they are winless in four at home as they are in better form now and their opponents are towards the wrong end of the league.
Sampaio Correa are in 16th place having lost six of their 13 fixtures to date. They do have at least one game in hand over nearly all of the teams above them, but they just aren't in the winning habit.
Two of their last three in the league have ended in defeat and four of their six away from home this season have gone the same way. They have taken just one point from a possible nine on the road of late - with the two latest defeats being to nil.
