Bet 1: Juventus (HOME) @ 1.57 (4/7)
The hosts have made a much better start to the season than they did the last and even then, they won Serie A with relative ease. Paul Pogba may have departed but they have spent the money very wisely on one of the greatest goalscorers in the world.
Gonzalo Higuain has been bought to Turin from Naples and the Argentine is already off and running with three goals in three games. I genuinely believe that he could fire 'The Old Lady' to Champions League glory and they should get through this group as winners.
They arguably face their toughest opponents in their first game as Sevilla have won the Europa League for the last three seasons. The joke goes that they will be aiming to finish third in this group to get back into that competition but I doubt that new manager, Jorge Sampaoli, will see it that way.
Nevertheless, I can't see them taking anything from their trip to Italy and while they have made a bright start to the La Liga campaign, they haven't really been tested yet and Barcelona beat them 5-0 on aggregate in the Super Cup.
Bet 2: Leicester (AWAY) @ 2.45 (29/20)
This is a bit of a risky selection given their current form but I think that Leicester should have enough quality to win on their Champions League debut.
The reigning champions of England travel to the reigning champions of Belgium with both sides having made a less than auspicious start to the season.
Leicester have four points from four games while Brugge aren't doing too much better with seven from six. The Belgians were thrashed by Louis van Gaal's Manchester United in the qualifying round of this competition last year as they were beaten 3-1 at Old Trafford before losing 4-0 to them on this ground.
Claudio Ranieri has plenty of experience in the Champions League and I think that his calming influence will settle the nerves of his players. I expect them to take the game to their opponents and if they get the rub of the green, they should prove too strong.
Bet 3: Legia Warsaw v Dortmund (Over 2.5 goals) @ 1.65 (13/20)
When it comes to goals, Dortmund have usually been good for them in recent years and I see no reason why that should be any different this evening.
The Germans travel to Poland for their opening Champions League fixture against Legia Warsaw and after they suffered a shock 1-0 defeat at RB Leipzig on Saturday, I expect that Thomas Tuchel will have his players fired up to make amends.
The Poles are another national champion who are struggling this term as they have taken just nine points from a possible 24 to date. They had a nervy time against Dundalk in the last qualifying round of this competition too, and I fear for them against BVB this evening.
This should be one way traffic from the off and with Pierre Aubameyang leading the line for Dortmund, I can see plenty of goals - with all three that we need likely to come from the visitors.
Bet 4: Tottenham v Monaco (Under 2.5 goals) @ 1.83 (5/6)
The low-scoring leg of our multiple comes from Wembley Stadium as Spurs take on Monaco in what should be a cagey encounter.
Tottenham are making their first appearance in Europe's elite club competition for the first time since 2011 where they lost 5-0 to Real Madrid in the quarter-finals.
I have been a big negative about them this season as from what I had seen, they hadn't really performed. However they put in their best display of the campaign at Stoke on Saturday in a rampant 4-0 win and that should have settled the nerves of the players who went to pieces at the end of last year.
Monaco have been among the goals this term and that includes a 3-1 win over PSG and a 4-1 success at Lille at the weekend. They are flying at the top of Ligue One, but I expect a different approach tonight.
Leonardo Jardim's men will view an away point as a good result in a group that has four decent teams but no superstars in it. I can't see them being overly adventurous and with Spurs being great in defence as well, it wouldn't surprise me if we had a 0-0 in this one.
