The week begins in Spain for Paul Robinson as he thinks that Sporting Gijon can avoid defeat at Real Sociedad.
"Real Sociedad do have a fine record in front of their own fans usually, but it has tailed off a bit in recent weeks as they’ve failed to win any of their last four fixtures at home."

The hosts have slipped down La Liga following a run that seen them collect just a single point from their last four outings. It all began with a disappointing 2-0 home defeat to Athletic Club, before a 1-0 loss at Alaves. They were then held back at home by the struggling Leganes and their latest match saw them lose at Atletico Madrid.
Opponents, Sporting Gijon, are putting up a fight against relegation, but they are still numerous points adrift of safety. After going three games without defeat - two draws and a win - they suffered a devastating blow on Wednesday as they were beaten 1-0 at home by Malaga.
Manager, Rubi, needs to galvanise his players ahead of their trip to Anoeta because, despite that defeat, all is not lost. One positive that his team will take is that they've picked up a positive result in four of their last six away trips and that includes a 2-0 victory at Leganes.
Real Sociedad do have a fine record in front of their own fans usually, but it has tailed off a bit in recent weeks as they've failed to win any of their last four fixtures at home. It's also worth noting that when these two last met on this ground - back in August 2015 - the score was 0-0.
Eusebio Sacristán's side aren't quite firing at the moment and that makes them vulnerable against a team who are fighting for their lives. Which is why, with Sociedad's price trading at around the [1.54] mark, I have to make them my lay of the day.
