Saturday Sports Multiple: An Atlanta victory the headline in a 5/1 weekend wager
Andrew Hughes thinks Atlanta can pull off a victory against Orlando City on Saturday and help to land another weekend multiple in the process.
“Goals have not been a problem for Atlanta this season, but their recent defensive solidity, which has seen them keep clean sheets in three of their last four, makes them genuine play-off contenders.”

Expansion team Atlanta United are enjoying an excellent debut MLS campaign, lying fourth in the Eastern Conference, and go into this game having won five of their last six, including at 1-0 victory in Orlando last Friday. Goals have not been a problem for Atlanta this season, but their recent defensive solidity, which has seen them keep clean sheets in three of their last four, makes them genuine play-off contenders.
By contrast, Orlando are struggling for fluency at the moment, having failed to score in five of their last ten outings, and while the signing of Dom Dwyer may give their campaign a late boost, I can't see them getting anything from the Bobby Dodd Stadium where Atlanta have won five in a row. Back the home team for the win.
Reigning Challenge Cup champions Hull FC have the chance to return to Wembley twelve months after their 2016 triumph, but I think Leeds will prove too tough for them in Saturday's semi-final.
There hasn't been a lot to choose between these sides in terms of overall Super League performance, but the Rhinos definitely have the edge over Hull having beaten them 10-7 earlier this month and 52-24 in their prior meeting back in April.
Hull have had their moments this season, but their recent form has been patchy. They've lost three of their last four and six of their last ten, while Leeds are on a run of five wins in seven outings. This should be a tight Yorkshire derby, but Leeds look the more consistent side and are a solid bet to edge it.
The Hurricanes meet the Lions in Johannesburg on Saturday for a Super Rugby semi-final that is a repeat of last year's final. The Hurricanes prevailed 20-3 on that occasion, and have won their last eight matches against the Lions.
The South African side do have the advantage of playing this game in familiar home conditions, but otherwise the odds are stacked against them. They will have to take on the reigning champions without their talismanic captain Warren Whiteley, while the Hurricanes will be welcoming back skipper Dane Coles. The New Zealand side also boast the tournament's top two try scorers, Ngani Laumape and Vince Aso, along with World Rugby Player of the Year Beauden Barrett, and have won four of their last five matches on South African soil. Back the visitors to prevail.
