Dan Fitch is back with five goalscorer tips and fancies Olivier Giroud to continue scoring when Arsenal face Burnley...

"The Swiss international is Wolfsburg’s penalty taker and something of an expert at set-pieces."

Back Ricardo Rodriguez at a likely price of 5.59/2 to score.

We've had a two week hiatus, thanks to an international break and the pathetic strength of my in-laws' wifi connection, but thankfully I am now back in the world of super fast broadband and my opinions on who will score goals this weekend will be equally rapid and assertive.

We start in the Premier League with Arsenal's trip to Burnley. The in-form man for the visitors is Olivier Giroud, who has scored 14 goals in 20 Premier League games this season, with 18 in 27 in all competitions.

With ten goals in his last ten appearances there is a case to be made that Giroud is the sharpest shooter in the Premier League right now. Regardless, his reputation as a player not quite up to the standard required at Arsenal seems to be hanging around like a bad smell, despite the redemptive powers of his goals. The price of 2.226/5 against a side in relegation trouble is much too high.

From a player who has found top form to one that is rediscovering his. Christian Benteke scored a hat-trick in midweek for Aston Villa, taking his recent tally to seven goals in his last six games.

Next up are Spurs side with an extremely leaky defence. They kept a clean sheet last weekend against Burnley but that was their first in ten games. Only four teams in the division have conceded more that Tottenham this season and three of them are in the relegation zone. With Hugo Lloris, Kyle Walker and possibly Jan Vertonghen out, Benteke is a great value at 10.09/1 to open the scoring.

To Spain now where we're interested in a wide player who has established himself as a regular scorer in La Liga. Antoine Griezmann scored 16 league goals in 34 goals last season for Real Sociedad, earning him a move to champions Atletico Madrid.

Griezmann has already equaled that total in his debut season at Atletico, despite having only played 29 games. The French international has scored in his last two games and will fancy his chances against an out of form Malaga side that have only won one of their last five. Back Griezmann at a likely price of 3.02/1 to add to his tally.

Over in Scotland another midfielder is gaining a reputation as a reliable goalscorer. Stefan Johansen has scored 12 goals in 49 appearances this season for Celtic, with eight coming in 28 league appearances.

He's scored in both of Celtic's last two games as the Bhoys end the season in fine form. The same can't be said of today's opponents Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Despite being third in the table they have only won once in their last seven games. Take a chance on Johansen to score the first goal at 8.27/1.

We don't feature many left-backs in this column but Wolfsburg's Ricardo Rodriguez is a unique case. He's scored ten goals in 30 games this season, which is a ratio that puts many a striker to shame.

The Swiss international is Wolfsburg's penalty taker and something of an expert at set-pieces. He's scored four goals from his last five appearances and could add to that tally this weekend when his side face relegation battlers Hamburg.

Hamburg have not won in seven games and have been thumped 8-0 by Bayern Munich and 4-0 by Bayer Leverkusen in recent weeks. Against an attacking Wolfsburg side the goals could flow and that makes unlikely goalscorer Rodriguez a very decent bet at a likely price of 5.59/2 to score.
