Porto in control of Group D
Porto won the reverse fixture against Lokomotiv Moscow in the last round of Champions League games and are now in a very strong position in Group D.
They are top after three unbeaten games (W2 D1) and a second victory against Lokomotiv would effectively secure Porto's place in the knockout rounds. Porto are also top of the Primeira Liga table and come into this match off the back of five straight wins, with the latest coming at the weekend away at Maritimo, who they beat 2-0.
Lokomotiv Moscow have now lost all three of their Champions League matches and are rock bottom of the group. With third placed Galatasaray already four points clear, it seems unlikely that they even have a hope of making it to the Europa League.
They are faring better domestically. Since losing to Porto a fortnight ago they have won all three games and their victory over Arsenal Tula on Saturday leaves them seven points behind the Premier League leaders Zenit in second place.
Porto can add to clean sheet tally
Porto should claim another win here but their price is much too short to consider without adding caveats.
One such condition that is worth considering is for Porto to keep a clean sheet in victory. The goal that they conceded against Lokomotiv Moscow in their match a fortnight ago, was a relatively rare occurrence.
Porto have kept six clean sheets in their last nine matches and with Lokomotiv Moscow having drawn blanks in two of their three Champions League outings, it's worth backing the home side to win to nil at [2.24].
