Best places to bet in the football pyramid

Betting.Betfair have experts for every division in the Football League, and here are their top tips for this weekend's action...

Championship
A dozen games in, Watford are third on merit. They score goals - more than anyone else in the division in fact - and although they let them in as well, the fearless approach of the many youngsters is dovetailing perfectly with the experience of the likes of John Eustace and Danny Graham (at 25, he's a veteran in this team!). Home form has been the slight hiccup for the Hornets, but Tuesday's 2-1 win over Ipswich pleased the locals after a run of only one success in five attempts at Vicarage Road. Back them at [1.75] to beat Scunthorpe.

League One
MK Dons are back at home this Saturday, and stadium:mk is the place where they have given their best performances thus far. Visitors Exeter are a good side and getting better. Manager Paul Tisdale is another of these exciting young coaches in League One, who wants his team to play the right way. The Grecians are potential play-off material if they can get their away form right, which is so often the missing ingredient for a good team. MK Dons should control possession for long periods, so back them at [2.1].

League Two
The new broom theory that sees new managers have an immediate impact by masterminding a victory in their first game is enough to risk backing Lincoln at [2.3]. Stockport do not have the most stunning of away records to suggest they can rain on Steve Tilson's parade. Moses Swaibu and Mustapha Carayol will want to be at their best to impress their new boss and while the threat of George Donnelly, on loan from Plymouth, will have to be nullified, this can be a good day for the Sincil Bank faithful.

Want to combine the suggestions? A tenner treble on wins for Watford, MK Dons and Lincoln pays out £65.20 when placed using the Betfair Coupon.
