Tonight promises to be the decisive night of Napoli's incredible campaign and their trip to the San Siro to face Serie A leaders AC Milan is live for anyone with a Betfair account to enjoy courtesy of Betfair Live Video.

If they triumph, they'll be level at the top and carrying a huge amount of momentum. Lose and they'll be six points off the pace and behind both Milan giants, and no-one will give them a chance of bringing the scudetto back to the south after nine years of Juventus, Milan and Inter dominance.

As far as omens go for Walter Mazzarri's stars, they haven't won away to Milan since 1985-86, however they did take a rare point off them there last year and can also take heart from ending a similarly awful record at Roma with a 2-0 victory at the Stadio Olimpico two weeks ago.

Further optimism can be gleaned from the fact that Milan have been better on their travels this season and haven't beaten any of their four toughest opponents at home - Lazio, Udinese, Roma and Juventus - whereas Napoli have taken three points from over half their games on the road.

They are without one third of their fantastic front three though in Ezequiel Lavezzi, who is still suspended after responding to being spat at by Roma defender Aleandro Rosi in kind earlier this month, so Jose Sosa or exciting January signing Giuseppe Mascara will partner Edinson Cavani and Marek Hamsik.

Though far from flawless, left back Luca Antonelli could prove a big miss for the hosts, with reports suggesting that Massimo Oddo will be favoured out of position as his replacement ahead of Didac Vila and Urby Emanuelson, a decision that Hamsik will be eagerly anticipating.

Milan were 2-1 winners in the reverse fixture in Naples despite a fine second-half display by the Azzurri but neither team has done the double in this fixture since 1987-88. Massimiliano Allegri's side are [1.87] to change that, with the lay price of [1.88] appealing given Milan's big-match record at home. The visitors are a huge [5.3].

Two other appealing bets are both teams to score at [1.97], having been a feature of all three meetings since Mazzarri's arrival at the San Paolo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to score at [2.42], as he has in defiance of his undeserved big-match bottler tag away to Napoli and Inter already this season.

If Serie A isn't for you then there are also 11 Copa Libertadores group games for you to check out live on Betfair Live Video over the course of the week.
