Watch Inter and Juventus live on Betfair!
There are three Coppa Italia round-of-16 matches taking place this week and all three of the all-Serie A clashes are available for Betfair customers to watch courtesy of Betfair Live Video.
The fun starts at 4.30pm on Wednesday when Palermo and Chievo, two clubs enjoying impressive league campaigns, attempt to add a little cup glory into the mix.
Palermo are only a point off the Champions League pace and boast the third most prolific attack in the country, albeit one that was kept quiet by the brilliantly-nicknamed Flying Donkeys when they met in Verona in Serie A on Sunday.
The chances of Chievo managing a repeat on the long journey south to Sicily have to be considered slim as they have a dismal record at La Favorita, where the Rosanero have won five straight domestic games, the latest 3-0 against Sampdoria. Back 2008-09 winner Delio Rossi's side at [1.67].
Later in the day at 8pm, Leonardo bids to continue his perfect start at Inter Milan by beating Genoa at the San Siro. The holders haven't conceded a goal in five league encounters with Genoa and last lost to them in 1994 but required extra time to see them off at this stage two seasons ago.
The Nerazzurri are available to back at [1.62], a reasonably attractive price given recent results between the pair and Genoa's lack of success in the competition - having not reached even the semi-finals since 1958-59.
Under 2.5 goals perhaps appeals even more at [1.85], as Davide Ballardini's team have opened 2011 with two goalless draws, while under 1.5 goals is a massive [3.55].
The final Coppa Italia fixture of the week falls on Thursday evening as two clubs yet to pick up a point since the turn of the year, Juventus and Catania, collide.
Juventus' month so far has been particularly awful, suffering a 4-1 home defeat to Parma and a 3-0 thumping at Napoli, while Fabio Quagliarella's season-ending injury leaves them with forward options of new arrival Luca Toni, Amauri, Alessandro Del Piero and Vincenzo Iaquinta - average age 32.5!
The Bianconeri haven't won this trophy since 1994-95 but with no silverware since Calciopoli (minus their Serie B title) they are no longer in a position to be fussy. Facing the victims of one of their best displays under Luigi Del Neri should prove a good omen for regaining form at [1.66]. Progress is unlikely to be smooth though so consider the half-time draw/full-time Juventus win at [4.8].
